Why Our Community Needs This
Youth in the ERTH Corridor face fewer mentors, fewer structured opportunities, and greater distance from the resources that shape a young person's sense of what's possible. When a community lacks safe spaces, consistent role models, and clear pathways to careers, its young people carry that gap into adulthood. Rural Launch Foundation exists to close it.
Limited Access to Mentors
Many local youth have no consistent adult role model outside their immediate family to guide them through key decisions.
Distance from Opportunity
Rural isolation limits access to the programs, networks, and resources that youth in more connected areas take for granted.
Few Local Career Pathways
