Rural Launch Foundation & Juku is a nonprofit organization serving youth ages 10–24 in Lake County's ERTH Corridor and Northshore communities. We believe every young person deserves the tools, mentorship, and opportunity to build a life right here at home.
Through leadership coaching, entrepreneurship training, and academic support, we are building the next generation of community leaders — one young person at a time.

RLFJ empowers rural youth in Lake County to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive — as learners, workers, entrepreneurs, earth citizens, and community members — through rigorous, relationship-centered programming grounded in place-based education and economic justice.
We serve youth ages 10–24 in the ERTH Corridor — encompassing Clearlake Oaks, Upper Lake, Lakeport, Nice, Lucerne, Glenhaven, and surrounding communities. Our programming is not imported from elsewhere — it was designed from the ground up to be relevant, rigorous, and rooted in the realities of life in Lake County.
